We are open to refunds and returns as long as there is a genuine reason. UPS expected delivery times are not something we can guarantee, shipping is delayed. We will only accept returns if less than 90% of the prints are used, we won't accept all returns and it depends on the situation. All items needs to be returned before any refund is issued.
